Dr. Michael Nguyentat joined NHRA in 2023. Prior to joining NHRA, he was a Clinical Instructor at Stanford University School of Medicine/Stanford Health Care. He attended medical school at UC Irvine where he was awarded the Radiological Society of North America (RSNA) Medical Student Research Grant for his research on prostate cancer and MRIs. He completed his Radiology Residency at the University of Colorado where he was the Chief Resident and RSNA Roentgen Resident Research Award recipient. He completed his Body Imaging Fellowship at Stanford University. Dr. Nguyentat has been recognized for his expertise in oncology, public health, personalized medicine, and artificial intelligence. He has received multiple national research grants, spoken at national meetings, and authored over 40 peer-reviewed articles and scientific abstracts.
