Dr. Cristiano joined NHRA in 2026. He is an interventional neuroradiologist specializing in the diagnosis and endovascular treatment of vascular diseases of the brain and spinal cord including cerebral aneurysms, cerebral vascular malformations, spinal vascular malformations and related disorders.
He earned his medical degree from the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus, where he was elected to Alpha Omega Alpha and received multiple merit scholarships. His postgraduate training includes Harbor-UCLA Medical Center, Loma Linda University Medical Center, and The Johns Hopkins Hospital where he completed sub-specialty training in interventional neuroradiology in 2023.
Before joining NHRA, Dr. Cristiano served as Assistant Professor of Radiology at Loma Linda University where he instructed residents in diagnostic and interventional neuroradiology and later Assistant Director of Interventional Neuroradiology at Temecula Valley Hospital where he contributed to national recognition of the program for quality in the endovascular management of acute ischemic stroke.
He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Radiology (ABR) and a member of the Society of NeuroInterventional Surgery (SNIS).
